2. Editing & Formatting Services

• Refunds are not available once the edited or formatted file has been delivered.

• Partial refunds may be offered if services have not started or are incomplete.

3. Writing & Creation Services

• Refund requests can be made within 7 days of order confirmation if no substantial work has begun.

• Once the manuscript creation has started, refunds are partial and based on work completed.

4. Cover Design & Marketing Services

• Refunds are possible only if no concepts or drafts have been delivered.

• Once draft covers or marketing plans are provided, refunds are not available.

5. Process for Refunds

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days if approved.

6. Exceptions
